Sterling Silver & Turquoise Mountain Cuff by Mike Thomas Jr.
Another stunning creation from Navajo silversmith Mike Thomas Jr., this bold cuff centers on a single triangular Turquoise Mountain stone — its natural matrix giving each piece a one-of-a-kind character. Turquoise Mountain, mined in Arizona, is celebrated for its rich blue-green tones and distinctive earthy veining.
The stone is nestled among hand-stamped leaf and scroll motifs, while the silverwork surrounding it is masterfully detailed. Flowing repoussé leaves, coiled wire designs, and silver raindrops add both texture and depth to the sides of the cuff, creating a piece that is as much sculpture as jewelry. A rope border and fine edge engraving complete the composition with a classic Southwestern finish.
