Rockin' M Leathers was founded by Melissa Mackie in 2010 in Riverside, California. What began as a creative hobby has since grown into a full-time, family-run business—now proudly located in the great State of Texas since 2016.

Melissa's journey into leathercraft was inspired by three key mentors—her father Bob Mackie and saddle makers Bob Hill and Bob Smith—lovingly known as "The Three Bobs." With their guidance, encouragement and many hours spent learning by their side, Melissa took her first steps into the world of handmade leatherwork.

Thanks to overwhelming support from friends and family, Melissa's craftsmanship quickly gained popularity. The business evolved, expanding into custom belts, purses, horse tack, and countless other unique items—all handcrafted with care and creativity. Recently we have added Native American Jewelry to our line which adds luxury while complimenting our leather products.

Over the years, Rockin' M Leathers has earned a place in the spotlight, with custom pieces worn by top rodeo contestants and performance horses.

Today, the Mackie family continues Melissa's legacy—offering everything from vintage, modern styles, wild new designs, one-of-a-kind custom pieces. Every item is made using only the finest materials, with attention to detail and a whole lot of heart.
