Custom Order Deposit Policy:

Our lead time varies.  If you are interested in a custom leather item, you will be added to a wait list.  We will contact you when we are close to your place on the wait list.  You must respond within 24 hours or you will be placed at the bottom of the list.  We will discuss your design and provide pricing information.  A  20% non-refundable deposit will be required to draw-up your design.  FAILURE TO PAY DEPOSIT WITHIN 24 HOURS will cause you to lose your place on the wait list.   Payment in full will be required prior to beginning the project. 

Warranty Info:

Rockin' M  Leathers provides a craftsmanship warranty on all items up to 1 year. This will cover all repairs on damage that may occur due to possible manufacturer defects. Warranty will be voided if any damage is due to lack of proper care for product, horses chewing on product, pulling back, etc.  Because we have no assurance proper care is provided by buyer of our product, we are not liable for and damage to horse, rider or other persons or property due to equipment failure.
