Returns & Exchanges Policy:

No returns on custom orders. Exchanges within the first 30 days on in stock  inventory items may be made for in stock items of equal or lesser value and of like items. (Ex. Jewelry may not be exchanged for tack, belts, purses etc., but may be exchanged for other jewelry items.)  No reunds or exchanges on sales items

Warranty Info:

Rockin' M  Leathers provides a craftsmanship warranty on all items up to 1 year. This will cover all repairs on damage that may occur due to possible manufacturer defects. Warranty will be voided if any damage is due to lack of proper care for product, horses chewing on product, pulling back, etc.  Because we have no assurance proper care is provided by buyer of our product, we are not liable for and damage to horse, rider or other persons or property due to equipment failure.
