Vintage Collection Embroidered & Beaded Blouse & Pleated Skirt

Beautiful black blouse and pleated skirt.  Blouse has embroidery on collar and sleeves.  Sleeves are sheer and have some delicate beaded accidents and elastic at wrist.  Can be worn as long sleeve or slid up the arm to wear as 3/4 length and can also be worn off the shoulder. 

Beautifully paired for a great ensemble.  Blouse is a medium but runs small.  Skirt is a small and runs very small.  Waist measures approximately 26-27 and has little to no stretch.  Sold as a set
